Some paintings whisper. This one confronts. "Eyes at the Bottom of the Soul" is a visceral exploration of the interior life—those turbulent depths where emotion, memory, and revelation converge like weather systems colliding over a distant horizon.
Conceptual Framework: The title references the deepest recesses of consciousness, those parts of ourselves we rarely examine in full light. Like eyes adapted to darkness, these inner aspects perceive truths that surface awareness cannot. The painting visualizes this concept through a landscape that exists simultaneously in the external world and the internal realm of feeling.
